The most central hotel in Amsterdam. Being Swissotel and being clean. The rooms were really cold and blankets were wet because of the cold. We slept there with the cold for 2 days when we asked them the cold they put heating device to the room, they should inform us about this when we first entered to hotel. The breakfast is very expensive and we stayed at Premium room, i didn't understand what is premium about it? You should pick Classic Room there is no difference |

Location is good at the heart of redlight rooms are too small, sound isolation is not sufficent, so many noise coming from the street so doesnot worth that much money |

Central for everything. Bathroom best I have seen - Junior Suite. Housekeeper in the evening was excellent. Little bars of Toblerone a nice touch. Minor points, A.C. not powerful, room warm even in mid December. Trams ringing their bells from early morning, but that is Amsterdam. |

I like how central the hotel was. All in all I was very happy with the hotel and thought that the rooms were very nice and very clean Did not like the size of the room, thought it was quite small |

The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful - they were the best thing about the hotel. The location was central and close to Centraal Station for the train to Schiphol. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel didn't charge for use of their computers in the business centre. The bathroom had mould on the grout. The bathroom was small and I couldn't find an extractor fan so after a shower it was like a sauna. For what it was, I thought it was a bit expensive, especially as the room was so small. |
