职员友好 房间实在太小,我订的是双人房可是床好象并没有那么大.房间就只有床的长度(1米8?)宽.基本上电视是放在床上面的感觉.浴室更小了.淋浴的地方勉强可以让一个普通的成年女性使用,身材高大的男性在里面很难转身.地理位置也并所说的那么没有方便.85镑住一晚太贵了,还不包含早餐.如果在那里订早餐的话要11.95磅,建议不要住那里,如果不幸的真的要住的话,可以不要在那里吃早餐.在酒店的前面就有一家不错的早餐店,普通的英式早餐只要3.75镑.份量不少,味道不错. |

the hotel room looked nothing like the photo on the website....I made a reservation for a superior double room the normal price was "1500€",reduced to 600€, on your website it stated that the hotel had 4 stars ...it did not!! it was 3 stars!! the 1st room they tried to put me in was in the basement, I think it was used as a staff sleeping room( had a mircowave oven and a mop in it)!.very poor. |

The location of the hotel is quite convinient, being very close to Paddigton Station. Around the station fast food and super markets are available. The rooms are to small. In the first room we got the toilet was like a phone booth. When we found out that there was no heating, too (we stayed there in December), we were given another room. This one was bigger, but still small and also with problematic heating. |

Staff at desk was very helpful considering they was very busy due to it being new years eve. The room was not a bad size, I was expecting very small as all the reviews say small rooms. The bathroom was dirty looking with scum in the tile grout and a dodgy shower that I couldn't bring myself to use, it was a little shower head dangling from a clip and the hose was coming apart and had scum on it and to make things worse the toilet was leaking from the cistern so we had to use towels to stop the floor flooding. If I was staying more than 1 night I would of asked to be moved. |
